Shipping Carriers & Processing Time
We ship via UPS, Canada Post and Purolator.
Orders placed from Monday to Saturday are processed within 24-48 hours. We do not ship on Sunday or Holidays.
Shipping to the USA - currently unavailable.
In-store pickup:
Orders placed Monday to Saturday are prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours. Pick ups are not available on Sundays or Holidays. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick up.
Lost or Stolen Packages
For missing packages please contact the carrier with the tracking number that was provided to you. Indulge Boutique is not responsible for lost merchandise but contact us to assist with the recovery of your package. If you believe your package was stolen we recommend contacting your local authorities immediately.
